Eleganter Seafront-Loft mit uneingeschränktem Naturerlebnis auf der Meerseite und den Annehmlichkeiten Mentons, der "Perle Frankreichs", auf der Stadtseite.
Der Loft befindet sich in einem diskreten Gebäude, dessen Südfassade auf dieUferpromenade, Strand und Mittelmeer und dessen Nordfassade auf die Avenue Carnot gehen. Bei klarem Wetter Sicht auf Korsika, jederzeit Sicht auf die Bucht von Menton, Roquebrune, Cap Martin und die grenznahe italienische Blumenriviera.
Innerhalb des Lofts erblickt man nur das Meer. Uferpromenade und Strand werden erst ab Balkonnähe sichtbar. Auf der Stadtseite gibt es in einem Umkreis von 100m ab dem Hauseingang vier Bäcker, drei Metzger und Feinkostgeschäfte, ein Obstladen, ein Supermarkt, sowie ausreichlich Restaurants, derer Menton cirka 300 bietet. Das Spielcasino mit Bars und Disko ist 250m entfernt. Selbstverständlich erreicht man auch die Altstadt, den Bootshafen, die provenzalischen Märkte und Einkaufsstrassen angenehm zu Fuss. Spaziergänger oder Jogger nehmen gerne den malerischen Küstenpfad nach Monte Carlo, der vor der Haustüre beginnt und über Roquebrune direkt auf die Avenue Princesse Grace führt.
Der Hauptbahnhof von Menton ist 640m Fussweg vom Hauseingang entfernt. Die Züge in den Alpes Maritimes verkehren wie S-Bahnen ungefähr alle 20 Minuten zwischen San Remo,Ventimiglia, Menton, Monaco, Nizza und dann weiter nach Cannes und Saint Tropez. Der Linienbus 100 hält vor dem Spielcasino und fährt täglich 53 mal nach Monte Carlo und Nizza und wieder zurück.Vom Spielcasino aus gibt es auch 13 Shuttles täglich zum Flughafen Nizza. Parkmöglichkeiten bestehen vor dem Haus (kostenpflichtig) oder auf der Meerseite (frei).
Das Klima in Menton ist ein ganz besonderes. Geschützt und abgeschirmt durch einen Bergkamm liegen die Temperaturen hier um rund zwei Grad höher als im nur wenige Kilometer entfernten Nizza.
Die Wohnfläche des Lofts beträgt 60m², hinzu kommen rund 14m² Balkon. Eingang, WC, Bad und Küche nehmen rund ein Fünftel ein, der restliche Raum ist ungeteilt.
Die Küche verfügt über Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler und Keramikkochfeld. Kochutensilien, Geschirr (Arzbach, Designpreis Mailand 1957), Besteck und ausreichend Gläsersets sind vorhanden. Im Innenausbau kamen vor allem Schwarzwälder Qualitätswaren zum Einsatz.
Ein ADSL - Anschluss ermöglicht highspeed-Internet, WLAN, Radio- und Fernsehempfang sowie Video on demand.
